(this is was my research led me to believe). Everyone who failed, failed because they didn't do the 'DiskPart' first. The next part was to use "TransMac" - the "only tool for Windows" that could burn the mac image. The trick involves using Windows Disk Part - 'select disk' - 'convert gpt' - etc etc
